Epicurious Farms collaborative dining is for adventurous diners.  It has been said that in the food service industry the single most important element for success is consistency.  The Epicurious Farms dining experience will be consistent only in the fact that each location will be unique, each chef will create an original five to seven course menu, and each artist and musician will allow his or her creative genius to bring the conventional idea of  "dining out" to a whole new level.

Our goal is to bring together the best local products, culinary expertise, and artistic talent that the area has to offer.  In addition to supporting our local farms, chefs and artists, each event will benefit a different charitable organization.  Who could ask for more?  Great food, meeting new folks, enjoying art and music, and all the while knowing that it is for a good cause.

For the past several years, Mike and Eileen Jacobson have been working side by side in some very unique kitchens.  After receiving the bulk of their training in some of the finest restaurants in Charleston SC, the Jacobsons hit the road,  working at some of the premier sporting events in the country, as well as quite a few of the relief camps that were needed after the hurricane season of 2005.  After a few years of traveling to such events as The Master's Tournament, The PGA Championship, The US Open and multiple Nascar Events, the Jacobsons were offered the chance to travel with Cirque du Soleil's, Saltimbanco.  This was Cirque's first full arena tour, which brought them to nearly 60 cities in 15 months.  Literally, they ran away and joined the circus.  The time came to settle down and the Jacobsons  have brought the collaborative dining vision of their good friend, Jimihatt, founder of Guerrilla Cuisine, in Charleston SC, to the Eastern Shore.
